How to order a watch?

All you have to do are 3 steps:

  • Add the watches you like to cart
  • Proceed to check out and fill in your information
How many days does the order take to be delivered?

Delivery period is maximum 24 days worldwide, depending on the country the item(s) are shipped to.

What is the shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary according to your location and the number of items you’re ordering. Place your items in cart and fill in the information to know the exact price of your order.

How do I pay?

Payment is through the website, through your Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Are Cornavin Watches water resistant?

Yes! All Cornavin Watches are water resistant, but the level of resistance differ from a collection to another some are 5 ATM (50 mm), others are 10 ATM (100 mm) resistance.

What is the warranty duration?

Our warranty duration is 2 years.
**Warranty does not cover battery, crystal, strap or bracelet; damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear; damage from contact with objects; water damage.

What kind of movement is used?

The movement is Quartz.

Do we sell Cornavin used items?

No, we don’t. We only sell new and unused items.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders pass through stages of ordering before being shipped. If your order is not shipped, you can cancel it from Tracking Order page on the website or by sending us an email on info@cornavin.store

However, if it has been shipped, it goes under returns, which means that after delivery, a customer can submit a return request free of charge Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
*Products must remain unused and returned in its original packaging.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package through Tracking Order page or by chatting with us. Also through sending an email to info@cornavin.store

Is there a return?

Yes, Within 30 days from the date of purchase you can return any product in case it hasn’t been used in those 30 days.

What is your return policy?

Our aim is your complete satisfaction.

If a purchased product hasn’t been used or worn, or subjected to any damage within 30 days from the purchase, it can be returned.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! If you order more than 2 watches you get free shipping wherever you are!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Wherever you are, you can order now!

I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I update this?

You can update it by editing your order information if the order hasn’t been shipped. In case it’s already shipped, send us an email on info@cornavin.store

Does my watch come with a warranty?

Yes, all Cornavin watches have a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Note that the warranty doesn’t cover battery, crystal, strap or bracelet; damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear; damage from contact with objects; water damage.
